The tax invoice is sent to the customer electronically to the email address provided when placing the order.
3. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of products in the online store constitutes an invitation to place an order. The sales contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order and sends an order confirmation to the customer.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices displayed in the online store are expressed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Customers can pay for their orders using the following methods:

Electronic payments are securely processed by the payment service provider Shoptet Pay.
5. Delivery of Goods
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected carrier. Within the European Union, delivery generally takes 3 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
In exceptional circumstances beyond the seller's control, delivery times may be extended. The customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Returns
VBox offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased directly from VBox. You may return a product for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product to VBox.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be sent to the VBox service center located in the Czech Republic.
Products returned to VBox service centers must be shipped in their original packaging and box, or in packaging that provides an equivalent level of protection.
Please provide us with the tracking information so that we can monitor the shipment.
Please clearly indicate the RMA number on the package.
VBox Technical Support will provide the necessary instructions for shipping the product to the VBox service center. Please carefully read the product warranty for important warnings regarding potential data loss when returning products for warranty service (repair or replacement).
In accordance with the laws of the seller's country, the statutory right of return is guaranteed only to individual consumers purchasing one unit of each product type.
VBox will refund all payments received from the customer no later than 14 days after receiving notification of withdrawal. However, VBox may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
Replacement
If VBox decides to replace a product due to a defect covered by the warranty during the warranty period, the replacement unit may, at VBox's sole discretion, be new, recertified, reconditioned, refurbished, or rebuilt using new or used parts, provided that it remains functionally equivalent to the original product.
Great Britain and Countries Outside the EU
Returns from Great Britain and countries outside the European Union may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price due to customs clearance costs. Any VAT, sales tax, or other import duties and taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable by VBox.
